Lord Krishna with Brother Balram Photographs of ISKCON Temple
Five hundred years ago, that same supreme cause, Lord Sri Krsna, appeared as Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and declared that the chanting of His holy names Hare Krsna, Hare Rama would spread beyond the shores of India to every town and village in the world. Hundreds of years passed, and Lord Caitanyas faithful followers were left wondering just how and when His bold prediction would come true.

Sri Krishna-Balaram Temple is a Gaudiya Vaishnava temple in the holy city of Vrindavan
Sri Krishna-Balaram Mandir is a Gaudiya Vaishnava
temple in the holy city of
Vrindavan.
It is one of the main ISKCON temples in India and internationally
Balarama, the elder brother of Srikrishna was one
of the ten incarnations of Vishnu as stated by
Bhagabat and other Puranas. His father was
Vasudeva of Yadu clan but he had two mothers
Devaki and Rohini. Maharaja Kamsa, the king
of Mathura killed all the six issues of his sister
Devaki as one of her sons was to kill him
according to some forecast. So Goddess
Yogamaya had made some miracle for her seventh
issue, while Devaki was pregnant. Yogamaya
extracted the foetus from the uterus of Devaki
while she was eight months pregnant and placed
it inside the uterus of Rohini. Rohini at that time
hide herself in Nanda's house at Gopa for the fear
of demon Kamsa.

Lord Radha Krishna ;Prem Mandir Vrindavan
This is the biggest attraction in Vrindavan as per the beauty of the temple is concerned.Vrindavan is famous for the Banke Bihari Ji temple, but this new temple is outstanding ,very beautiful, must visit during the tour of the holi city.n THE TEMPLE MUST BE VISITED AT NIGHT TIME,the lighting is simply out of the world, try to get there just after the sunset,so that u can see it both in day n night time . The other structures like govardhan parvat, rasleela n others are so beautifully conceptualized. simply unmissable,if u don't want too much rush, avoid weekends and public holidays!!!
